Toronto, February 1, 2007. itControl Solutions Inc. has released itControl Suite, a next generation managed services system for IT Service Providers and in-house IT departments.
Based on remote monitoring, management and service delivery, itControl Suite represents the next generation in the “Managed Services” product space.
Using revolutionary new technology developed by itControl Solutions Inc., itControl Suite is appliance based and does not require any other hardware, software, nodes, probes, agents or other installations on any end point devices. This completely “hands off” approach to network management allows installation to be completed in less than 30 minutes. itControl Suite automatically discovers all the devices, product brands, versions and elements of the environment so the installation does not require any templates, setup procedures or other product definitions. Using a best practices setup structure, the system can be tailored to specific needs within minutes.
The itControl Suite design team came together after experiencing ongoing frustration and escalating costs with the tools typically available in the IT system management space. As veterans of IT Service and management for more than 20 years, the team felt that they had explored many current products in the IT service management market and none of them hit the mark.
